Service Description

Is anxiety keeping you from going to school, making new friends, trying new activities, or enjoying your high school years? Under the guidance of a skilled facilitator learn: What is causing my anxiety? What are the symptoms of anxiety? What is happening in my body? What do I do when I feel anxious? Have a panic attack? What are the different kinds of anxiety? What’s the difference between anxiety, fear and excitement? How do I get well (not just manage symptoms)? Group therapy offers unique advantages over individual therapy, including a sense of community, interpersonal feedback, cost-effectiveness, and social skills development, making it a valuable option for many individuals seeking mental health support.
